1973 North Carolina license plate CSS 882

1973 North Carolina license plate CSS 882. Good original paint but has some wear to it. Has some scratches in the paint on the S's. This particular tag was in a lot I bought that came from the next door neighbor of a DMV worker from back in the day. It entered his collection after being turned in so the car owner could get their new 1974 tag at the time so it has only seen a year's use before being put into storage.
